Pinkett's Honey – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Pinkett's Honey, we take great pride in crafting pure honey, natural beeswax candles, and beautifully curated gift boxes. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help make it right.
Perishable Items – Honey
Because our honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns on jars that have been opened.
However, we will happily replace or refund any jar of honey that arrives:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Incorrect (wrong variety or product)
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Non-Perishable Items – Beeswax Candles & Gift Boxes
You may return unused and unopened beeswax candles or gift boxes within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If any product from Pinkett's Honey arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days. We will offer:
- A replacement at no extra cost, or
- A full refund
Photos are required so we can quickly address the issue and improve our packaging and delivery process.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please inform us within 7 days. We will correct the issue immediately and cover all shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened jars of honey
- Used beeswax candles
- Opened or partially used gift boxes
- Final-sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refund Processing Time
